Fall into Alignment Reiki & Sound - Autumn Equinox + Solar Eclipse

This Equinox Eclipse is a call to realign, to shift. The balance of day and night is is inviting us inward towards reflection. Through Reiki and Sound, we’ll create space for stillness and set intentions for the season ahead.

Natacha Pavan from @cicadaconnection will be facilitating the sound bath, playing the crystal singing bowls and other instruments while Cintia Tavares from @omsatnamyoga will channel Reiki for each individual participant. It will be a beautiful opportunity to rest and restore.

Event Details:

During the event, as your body relaxes, you may experience a drop in temperature. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and socks and bringing a water bottle. 

• We will provide yoga mats, blankets and pillows. 

• You may bring an extra pillow for added comfort.
