Your journey begins as you lie down on a heated Far Infrared mat with Jade and Tourmaline stones promoting relaxation, detoxification, and energetic grounding. The gentle heat and grounding properties of the jade and Tourmaline stones help your muscle release tension, support detoxification, and anchor your energy. As your body rests in this safe, cocoon-like environment, your mind is gently guided away from the noise of daily life.
