This one-on-one sound healing experience is designed to help you reconnect with your inner stillness. Using crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other healing instruments, I create a personalized sound journey that supports deep relaxation and energetic alignment. The vibrational frequencies help shift brainwaves into meditative states, promoting emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and a sense of peace. Each session is tailored to your intentions, offering a safe space for restoration and transformation.
Human Design
A Human Design Reading offers a personalized roadmap to understanding how you're uniquely wired to move through the world. By exploring your energy type, strategy, and decision-making authority, you'll gain practical tools to navigate life with more ease and less resistance. This session helps you recognize patterns that may be creating friction and offers aligned strategies to make choices with confidence, improve relationships, and honor your natural rhythm. The reading will be recorded upon request.
Reiki
In this hands-on Reiki session, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as I gently place my hands over or lightly on your body to channel healing energy. This nurturing experience supports emotional release, energetic alignment, allowing the body to restore the nervous system to a balanced state. Each session begins with an intention-setting conversation and ends with space for integration and reflection. You'll leave feeling more balanced, grounded, and aligned.
Crystal Bed Light Therapy
Crystal Bed Light Therapy is a deeply immersive, multi-sensory healing experience designed to restore balance to your energy field. You'll rest on a heated far infrared mat with jade and tourmaline stones, promoting relaxation, detoxification, and energetic grounding. A binaural beats sound journey guides your brain into meditative states, while seven Vogel-cut crystals, aligned with your chakras, are illuminated with chromotherapy lights and charged with Reiki energy. To deepen the healing, I incorporate hands-on Reiki, supporting physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment.
